Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- about 200 - 250 g. of flour
- 70 - 80 g. of sugar
- 240 g. of room-temperatured butter
- 2 big-sized eggs
- 1 - 2 pinches of cinnamon (Optional)
- Chocolate chips (Optional)
How to:
1. Warm up your oven about 180 degree for 14 to 15 minutes.
2. Mash the bananas until there are no more solid pieces left.
3. In a dry ingredients container, mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together.
4. In another wet ingredients container, whisk the butter until it become smooth and then add two eggs afterwards.
5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet container and then mix it together.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and put it in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 160 degree.
7. When the time is up then bring the cake out and let it cool down for 15 to 20 minutes. And finally the cake is ready to be served! :)
